How to get the MetaTrader debug Log
  • Open Metatrader
  • Launch the Autochartist Market scanner
  • When the dialog box comes up, select the "Inputs" tab
  • Find "DebugLevel" entry
  • Double click on the value (usually 0) and change it to 1 then click OK

After a few minutes (to allow all the errors to be saved to the logs):
  • Select the Experts Tab
  • Right Click on a blank space in the Experts data select "Open"

  • Find the latest log file and send it to your broker's support desk as and attachment along with screen shots and details of the error you are getting.

Note: Your broker will escalate this to us for analysis of the logs and we will respond to your broker with a solution.
