Service Error - Please reinstall

• When activating the Autochartist Market Scanner, you may get this error:

Note:
This error may show up as "Invalid username/password" if you are using a username and password to activate your access to Autochartist.



Check that the Autochartist Service is running:

• Launch Task Manager (press Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys to launch it)
• go to the "Services" tab and scroll down to find the MTProxyService.exe service

• If it is Stopped, Right click on it and select Start

Note:
If the service is running, or if it won't start, or if it's not listed, you may need to re-install the plugin.
If it still does not  start up after re-installing, you will need to contact your broker's support desk so they can escalate it to us.
