When activating the Autochartist Market Scanner, you may get this error:
Note:
This error may show up as "Invalid username/password" if you are using a username and password to activate your access to Autochartist.
Check that the Autochartist Service is running:
Launch Task Manager (press Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys to launch it)
go to the "Services" tab and scroll down to find the MTProxyService.exe service
If it is Stopped, Right click on it and select Start

If the service is running, or if it won't start, or if it's not listed, you may need to re-install the plugin. If it still does not start up after re-installing, you will need to contact your broker's support desk so they can escalate it to us.
