MetaTrader Plugin Installation failure -Log file


If for some reason the installer fails to complete the installation:

  • The user will be presented with the following notice:

  • When they click on the Finish button, a log file will be opened in notepad

  • Click on File, and select "Save As"

  • Save the log to your desktop
  • Attach the log file into an email to your broker to be escalated to us for further assistance
