Username and password for the MetaTrader Expert Advisor

If your MetaTrader Autochartist plugin is requesting a username/password, please follow these instructions:


1. Check that your broker offers Autochartist free of charge to its customers - Normally this is well documented on the broker's website.
If your broker does offer Autochartist, but you are still getting a prompt for a username/password, it means that we have not permissioned this broker correctly.
Please take a screenshot of the "Help | About" screen of your MetaTrader terminal and email us at support@autochartist.com

2. If you purchased Autochartist from a reseller
Please ask your reseller for a username/password.
