Mobile app not receiving push notifications

1. You will need to check the application permissions in your phone’s settings. The notifications may be turned off there.

2. You have not been active on the app for more than a week. 
The iOS push tokens expire, so if you do not use the app the one we have might go out of date, please open the app after checking the settings.
